Projects need processes and structures that are tailored to both the project and the people involved. The better the players work together and become a team, the smoother the collaboration and the better the project.

SCHEDULING & TIME BOXING

Who needs which decisions and when? Where do we set milestones? How do we give ourselves enough time to plan calmly without jeopardising the implementation process? 

 

Time management is a complex, dynamic process with many variables and time is always a scarce resource. This makes it all the more important to realistically assess the individual project phases and give those involved sufficient time to complete their tasks in an unhurried manner.

 

 

BUDGETING & COST CONTROL

 

What is likely to cost what? Where do we already have hard prices, where are we still uncertain? Where do we need additional reserves? Where are we right now?

 

Realistic budgeting that does not just reflect the best case, consistent cost tracking and the constant comparison of plan and reality are essential.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT  

 

Are we still on the right track? Is the envisaged solution still adequate to achieve the changed goal? Are we staying within budget? Is there enough time? 

 

Projects need leadership and supervision. Only those who know what is happening in all areas can assess interfaces, recognise collisions and conflicts at an early stage, take countermeasures and bring the project safely to the finish line.
